Contest is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC), its licensees, advertising and promotional partners, local brokers and suppliers, and immediate family members of any such persons are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws or by current or past marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation, or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household, whether or not related. Void where prohibited by law.
Without Purchase (alternate method of entry, or “AMOE”): A Participant can request contest participation without purchase by mailing a letter stating their interest in entering the contest along with their personal contact information, including first and last name, email address, street address, city, state, and ZIP code to: 90th Anniversary Prize Registration, c/o wedu, 20 Market Street, Manchester, NH. The outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left-hand corner that matches the Participant’s street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than August 1, 2024, and no later than July 31, 2025, and received by NHLC no later than August 10, 2025. Each request must be mailed in a separate stamped outer mailing envelope.
Requests that fail to comply with the Official Rules will not be honored, acknowledged, or returned. The persons submitting the following requests will forfeit any corresponding postage and unused envelopes: requests that are sent in business reply envelopes that utilize address labels or stickers (for any address); request that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated, or otherwise mechanically or digitally produced or reproduced; and requests that are not mailed in separate outer stamped mailing envelopes.
NHLC reserves the right to determine valid entries and to exclude partial entries. By entering, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NHLC, its agents, and employees from any claim or proceeding resulting from your entry.
Regardless of the method of entry, a valid email address, name, and phone number are required for entry. Only one entry per email address per day will be accepted. Entrants will be subscribed to receive monthly Email Extras! from New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet. New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet and NHLC are not responsible for entries that are stolen, misdirected, delayed, lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect — such entries are void. All entries become the property of NHLC and will not be acknowledged or returned. Contest begins August 1, 2024 and ends July 31, 2025.
A limited number of in-store contests will also be conducted. The locations of in-store contests will be announced on the website and social media at least one day prior to the contest.
Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by NHLC, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this contest. Winners will be notified by partner advertising/communications firms. Winners will be solely responsible for picking up prizes. Prizes will be made available for pickup at 50 Storrs Street, Concord, NH, or similar location identified by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission. Some prizes will be fulfilled by the sponsors. Under no circumstance will NHLC pay for delivery or shipping of prizes.
Once the winner is notified, the winner will then have 14 days to retrieve the prize from the 50 Storrs Street, Concord, NH, or similar location identified by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission. If the prize is not retrieved within 14 days, the winning individual will revoke all claims to the prize. The prize will be returned to NHLC, which may award the prize to another player.
To pick up the prize, the individual must present a valid ID proving that the individual is 21 years of age or over and complete an affidavit. The name and address on the ID must match that of the winning player. Providing valid and accurate information is solely the responsibility of each player.

At select in-store events, customers who make a qualified purchase can present their receipt to the brand ambassador. The time and location of events will be announced on 90yearsofcheers.com at least one week prior. A qualified purchase is any purchase of $90 or more. Not valid on lottery or gift card purchases. A purchase is necessary to enter event prizes.
One of the following prizes will be awarded to each of the winners. This will be done using the random drawing process. Winners will not have the option to choose which prize package they would like. Winners who would like to forfeit their selected prize have no claim to any other prizes. No substitutions or other accommodations will be made.
